After a long day of work we may think that relaxing will help us feel better. The effect is often the opposite. Resting may lead to more anxiety about what needs to be done. In this brief video, Curtis explains a spiritual tool inspired by Swedenborg’s notion of “useful activities” that involves engaging in little, constructive tasks while keeping in mind the good that accomplishing them may do.
